Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your VOX account and all associated data directly from the mobile app. Please follow the steps below.
- Open the VOX app on your mobile device
- Navigate to your Profile or Settings section
- Scroll down and select "Delete Account"
- Read the confirmation message carefully
- Confirm your decision by following the on-screen instructions
- Your account will be permanently deleted immediately
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, you will not be able to recover your account, data, or order history. Please ensure you have downloaded any important information before proceeding.
What Will Be Deleted
- Your profile information and account credentials
- Complete delivery and order history
- All location and GPS tracking data
- Uploaded documents (ID cards, licenses, vehicle registration)
- Payment information and transaction records
- Saved addresses and preferences
- All personal data associated with your account
Data Retention Policy
- In-app deletion: Processed immediately
- Email requests: Processed within 30 business days
- Legal compliance: Some data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and regulatory requirements
- Anonymous analytics: Aggregated, non-identifiable data may be retained for service improvement
